Kantanshi Member of Parliament (MP) Anthony Mumba is in his Constituency where he will be inspecting the Malela Bus Station site and extending his generosity to his people ahead of the Independence day celebrations that fall on 24th October.
Mr Mumba is on Sunday expected to donate assorted items to the United Church of Zambia(UCZ), Girls Brigade.
“…To the United Church of Zambia(UCZ) Girls Brigade, we are donating 70 pairs of shoes, 70 pairs of socks, 70 shoe brushes and 70 pieces of shoe polish,” Mr Mumba said in an interview with Kitwe Times.
The Kantanshi law-maker said his second assignment will be Meali-meal donation in Mupambe Compound.
” Secondly, we will be donating 500 bags of Meali-meal in Mupambe Compound as part of the independence day celebrations,” he said.
Mr Mumba added: “Thirdly, I will be inspecting a site known as Malela Bus Stop, the main bus stop in Mufulira District. The paving exercise for this bus stop will commence soon, in our desire to improve its infrastructure.”
Mr Mumba is a regular visitor to his Constituency where he enjoys massive support for being a grassroot person.
