Music need dedication-Tee Zowi

Lack of direction by some artistes has destroyed Zambian music, says musician Enala Tisaine Phiri.

Phiri whose stage name is Tee Zowi (insert) said some musicians start up well in their career but lose focus along the way.

“Some artistes lack direction. They do one who two hits but in the end lose focus. I can give you examples of some artistes who were heros when they started doing their music but are now villians, dancing to there old songs,” Tee Zowi observed.

She said Zambian  musician needed to put in  alot of dedication and hard.

“This means as artistes we have to work together for a common goal then and only then can only musician  graduate to acceptable,”

Currently working on a song with Jea Cash, Tee Zowi started her music career in 2010. The talented artiste premiered as a dancer for big artistes such as Mampi, John Chiti, OC, Batu Wayz and Chocklet before she started recording her own projects.

” I recorded songs with Shimasta, Jimmy and Yellow man. I have worked with producers Jerry Fingers, Bootman Lee and Mr Smalls.
