HH must be in court on Wednesday _Magistrate Wushimanga

By Staff Reporter
Lusaka Magistrate Wushimanga yesterday ordered the police and prison authorities to move Hakainde Hichilema and five others to court this Wednesday. Magistrate Wushimanga said failure to  move Hichilema from Mukobeko Maximum Prison to Lusaka will result in the court citing the police and prison authorities for contempt of court. She stated that Hichilema and five others must be physically in court each time they are required until the contempt case committed by Religious Affairs Minister Godfridah Sumaili is disposed of.

Meanwhile, UPND supporters booed Sumaili when she appeared in Court for her contempt case. AS she proceeded to her car after the matter was adjourned to Wednesday, the UPND cadres poured scorn on Sumaili. They said she should resign her position because she is a symbol of failure. As she drove off , Sumaili lifted her middle finger.
