@ Mwaeya you are very dull by politicizing this incidence. The chap was just drunk and perhaps he wanted to make extra cash for his beers.

If Not, you are an ignorant person yourself. You do not know that everything you do is politicized. If you find that you cannot buy a chicken because of its price and you buy delele, that is due to a poor leadership which has made it impossible to increase the supply of village chickens among growers as a result of poor economic policies leading to increased chicken feed! Another example is when you opt to drink beer instead of going home to feed your kids. When you find that your money is only enough for a bottle of beer (following a price reduction), and you cannot afford food for your home, you will be so troubled that you will end up getting the beer to forget your problems. The reason for this is the the poor economic decisions by those in power have set up incentives for the brewer to produce more booze leading to price drops. This is a poor decision by those in power. They should have caused a hike in the prices of booze so that the nation drinks less booze, and spends more on food or other things. Politics shapes your daily life in case you did not know.
