UPND Caught Up In Loans Scandal

HH-with-GBMThe Presidential Marketeers Empowerment Initiative Fund (PMEIF) has unearthed a scam in which the opposition United Party for National Development (UPND) is allegedly swindling people out of colossal sums of money and collecting their voters’ cards using a church association it has allegedly formed.
But UPND secretary-general Stephen Katuka has refuted the allegations, which he said are bent on denting the image of the opposition party.
PMEIF patron Chanda Kabwe said in a statement released in Kitwe yesterday that the UPND has formed an association called the International Ministers Fellowship and Affiliated Churches (IMFAC), which is collecting
