Photo: GBM Spends Night In Police Cells

Opposition United Party for National Development (UPND) vice-president for administration Geoffrey Mwamba was yesterday arrested over alleged assault and conduct likely to cause violence.

Mr Mwamba, who had for two days eluded law enforcement officers, was cornered at Simon Mwansa Kapwepwe International Airport in Ndola as he was about to board a flight to Lusaka.

Copperbelt commissioner of police Charity Katanga confirmed the arrest of GBM.

Mrs Katanga said Mr Mwamba has been charged with assault occasioning bodily harm, malicious damage and he spent the night in police cells

    The vice president of the red party always in police cells for violence related cases, what a shame! Doesnt HH have the clout to tame this fat maggot? I have now come to believe that this can of worms has been planted into UPND to decampain the party.
